By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AIMee, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

AIMee provides AI-powered conversational companionship, emotional support style interactions, voice-based AI interaction features, personalized AI companion experiences, and subscription-based premium services.

AIMee is an artificial intelligence system designed for entertainment, lifestyle, and general companionship purposes only.

AIMee is an AI system. It is not a human being and does not possess consciousness, emotions, or independent intent.

All responses are algorithmically generated and may be factually inaccurate, incomplete, contextually inappropriate, or fictional.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always reflect reality.

AIMee does not provide medical advice, mental health therapy, psychological counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.

The Service is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

If you are experiencing emotional crisis, mental health emergency, or risk of harm, contact emergency services immediately.

AIMee may simulate conversational intimacy, companionship, emotional bonding, or relationship-like dynamics.

You expressly acknowledge that the relationship is simulated and fictional, no real emotional reciprocity exists, no legal, contractual, or personal relationship is formed, and the AI does not replace real-world human relationships.

AIMee is not responsible for emotional reliance, attachment, or behavioral decisions influenced by simulated interactions.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, not impersonate others, and not misuse or exploit the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features require paid subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to platform policies.

AIMee does not control third-party billing systems.

You retain ownership of your messages and content.

By using AIMee, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content, improve AI performance, and train and refine models in anonymized form.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harassing or abusive, hate speech, sexually exploitative of minors, or infringing intellectual property.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI system, exploit the Service for data extraction, use automation to abuse the platform, or bypass subscription restrictions.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect messages and conversation data, device metadata, subscription status, and usage analytics.

All intellectual property relating to AIMee, including the brand, design, AI systems, and software, remains the exclusive property of AIMee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", we disclaim all warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for emotional reliance.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
